The GST free status of these facilities also enables Cougar to promote multi-country consolidation for re-export.

Cougar pioneered car freighters in Singapore to facilitate the transfer of imported motor vehicles from the Port to the various distributors' centres.

Cougar also offers open space suitable for Customs bonding for storage of such imported vehicles and provides a wide range of value-added services such as inventory control, maintenance and yard management for car distributors in Singapore.
